Jorge Taddei worked at BIM Suisse as CTO and member of the General Management for 15 years, where he played a crucial role in obtaining the banking license and establishing the bank itself. Most notably, he was instrumental in the development and implementation of the bank's entire organizational and IT systems.

Previously, he was a member of the General Management at IBZ Bank (Banca Sella), where he reorganized and managed the entire IT system.
