We have recently completed an IT transformation project for one of our clients, successfully migrating from the traditional telephone system to a ZOOM-based ecosystem. This transition involved the creation of a comprehensive system, including a telephone switchboard and numerous customizations to meet the specific needs of the client. The main goal of the project was to simplify interactions, both internal and external to the office, improving the efficiency and usability of the system. The tailor-made changes were designed to optimize the communication flow, allowing the client to enjoy a smoother and more integrated experience in their work environment.
